a. We may collect Your Personal Information when You successfully submit information while creating Your Mobisafar Account on Platform ("User Information"). User Information is the data that can be used to uniquely identify or contact a person and/or the business entity that a person represents and shall include, but not be limited to, Your Information including Accounts/Contacts details, device Information, Camera & Media and your Location and such other information for the purposes of identification and verification.
b. By creating a Mobisafar Account and by accessing Services, You authorize Us to collect, store, process, handle and use such User Information, in accordance with this Policy and any other terms and conditions of use of Platform and/or Services (as amended from time to time)
c. Personal Information provided by You is used by Us to improve Platform and/or Service. We do not share Your Personal Information with any third parties for commercial use or revenue generation.

SMS
As part of Registered Device Functionality, SIM Binding is required for this functionality which is validated through the network operator. This is part of the secure tokenization framework where the merchant does the registration using his mobile number from an authenticated device and can do the transaction only from this device at any time. Also to restrict fraudulent activities, merchant can only register on this app when registered number SIM is present in the mobile.
Collection and use of non-personal information
1. We may collect non-personal information about Users whenever they use and interact with the Services. Non-personal information may include the browser name, the type of computer, and technical information about means used by the User to connect to our Services, such as the information about the operating system and the internet service providers utilized and other similar information.
2. This information is aggregated and used to help us provide more useful information to the User and to understand which part of the Services, its products, and services are of most interest.

You can any time revoke/ withdraw Your consent that You have given to Us for the collection and use of the Personal Information and non-personal information by submitting a request at care@mobisafar.com. However, this right is limited in some situations, such as where we are legally or otherwise bound to process or retain your Personal Information and non-personal information.

Governing Law And Dispute Resolution
Except as otherwise described, all content availed by the use of the Platform are made available only to facilitate the Users. Mobisafar controls and operates the Platform and Services and makes no representation that the contents and Services are appropriate or available for use in other locations. If you use the Services from a location other than the location where the Platform and Services are controlled and operated, you are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws.
This Privacy Policy shall be governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of India. All disputes relating to this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Ludhiana, India.
